As a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, I take pride in my ability to educate clients on the total picture of out of pocket expense, rates, and monthly payments allowing the borrowers to choose which program best satisfies their goals in homeownership.　As a mortgage professional I have continued my education and professional requirements with the National Mortgage Bankers Association (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System #106107) and the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks as well as other professional groups.

My vast range of products knowledge includes FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loan programs, among others.　In the current mortgage environment it is extremely important to make sure that all the variables are considered before presenting to one of my clients.　My goal is to become your life-long mortgage specialist so I understand the importance of setting expectations and backing up promises so you will refer me to your friends and family.
