Mortgage Lending Background

I have been involved in the mortgage industry since 1978.  I graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.A. in Urban Affairs in 1976.  From 1979 through 2002, I was the owner and president of Welton Mortgage Services, Inc.   I have been with Union Mortgage Group, Inc. since 2002 and maintain a top producer status, exceeding sales goals as set by the company.  I am particularly proud of the volume of repeat business I get from clients I have had the pleasure of working with over the years.  I currently work out of our headquarters in Annandale, VA and generate business throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
